In a rather silent and stealth mode, Google.com has been promoting itself and getting its products installed in almost all the PCs, laptops, et al of the world.

From a global verb to what it is now, the journey has been inspiring, amazing and is still continuing. The situation lately has been such that you may be using a Microsoft Operating System but almost all your favourite applications are all Google based!

How to Delete a Yahoo! Account

Hm..now I don’t know under what circumstance would you like to do this…but I just came across this, so I thought I will share with everyone.

There doesn’t seem to be any direct way of deleting your Yahoo! account..but it can be done by signing into your account and then pasting this in the Address bar:

https://edit.yahoo.com/config/delete_user

Hit enter..and then on “Terminate Account”!

Thats it…account gone!!!

My Wishlist!

Each of those social networking sites has an option that needs me to put a link for a shopper’s site, enlisting all the things that I need to buy…..probably so that some of my well-wishers buy on my behalf and send them to me!

However, the problem starts with the fact that what I really want to have is not being sold on any of the websites on the www!

So..I thought I will put that one thing that I really really want over here…and then submit the link to all the social networking sites I’m part of!

So, here it is people…

Here’s a nice file sharing website – that can also be your virtual harddisk!

4Shared ! has been around for quite sometime now.

It gives users 1 GB of free space. The uploaded files database can be searhed without even Registering. However, uploading files requires one to be registered and you can also choose if you want your files to be shared or not.

The interface is very userfriendly. Files can be saved in folders that can be created with just two clicks. ANY type of file can be uploaded. Searching for uploaded files can be done using the advanced search option – which makes life much easier. Multimedia files can be viewed before downloading.

It sometimes takes a few seconds for the “Download” option to appear. Though this has improved in the past few weeks.
